Check in from 2pm local time. Check out is by 11 am local time.

Early check in may charge extra  but There may be occasions, Clients can check in and use all the hotel facilities but need to cooperate and wait until the room is ready.

Arrive late, please advise the hotel. Failure to notify of late arrival may result in your room being resold considering failure to arrive unless you have paid online then we will keep the room even no show.

Airport Transfers

Airport Transfers can be arranged at guaranteed favourable rates for our customers. Please remember they are 3rd parties and you have to negotiate the price and we will help.

External purchases

you may buy  wines, spirits, beers to drink in the hotel that is fine with us. But no food can be brought into the Hotel or Hotel grounds by Clients, their guests or representatives for consumption or sale on the premises of the Hotel as we are runing a restaurant

Food & Beverage

Please contact the hotel with any special dietary requirements and your responsibility to check whether there is any food you may allergic to.

Smoking

Designated smoking areas have been allocated within the hotel grounds - please enquire upon check in.

In line with the change in Sri Lanka legislation, Hotel operates a NO SMOKING policy within all interior areas of the hotel including guest bedrooms, public areas and corridors.

For resident guests who do not comply with our NO SMOKING policy, a charge will be added to their bill to include the cost of cleaning all soft furnishing to remove the odor of tobacco.

Damages to the property

You will be responsible for any breakages, losses or damage caused by you or a member of your party during your stay in the accommodation. It is your responsibility to put right the damage or to make full payment to the hotel before departure and to indemnify us against any losses, damages or claims made against us.

Hotel Events and service

Please be aware that at certain times throughout the year, our hotel may host events and parties.

Hotel restaurant will accepted Sri Lankan rupees, USD, Sterling Pound (GBP) or Euros.

Disabled guest rooms

The Hotel offers modified facilities for use by disabled guests. As needs do vary, guests are requested to check with the reservations before chick in.

Children

Children aged 16 years and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult to ensure that the children's behavior is appropriate for other guests within the Hotel. Children’s safety is wholly the responsibility of the accompanied adult.

Insurance

It is client’s responsibility to have an insurance to cover include loss and damage to personal money and belongings, medical illness include evacuation and repatriation, cancellation and curtailment.

Liability

The Hotel will not be liable for failure to perform to the extent that the failure is caused by any factor beyond its reasonable control.

The Hotel does not accept responsibility whatsoever for damage to, or theft from, or theft of, vehicles parked on the hotel premises.

(i)This clause sets out the entire financial liability of the Company (including any liability for the acts or omissions of its employees, agents, consultants and subcontractors) to the Guest in respect of:

· any breach of this Agreement; and

· Any representation, statement or tortious act or omission (including negligence) arising under or in connection with this Agreement.

(ii)All warranties, conditions and other terms implied by statute or common law are, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excluded from this Agreement.

(iii) Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes the liability of the Company:

· for death or personal injury resulting from negligence; or

· For any damage or liability incurred by the Guest as a result of fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by the Company.

(iv) Subject to clause (ii) and clause (iii) and

the Company shall not be liable for any special, indirect, consequential or pure economic loss including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business; depletion of goodwill and/or similar losses.

the Company’s total liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of this Agreement shall be limited to the value of the Agreement.

(v)The Company does not accept liability for loss or damage to any object, equipment, furniture, stock or any other property brought onto the premises by the Guest or persons authorized by the Guest.

The Company will endeavor to assist Guests with storage of their equipment etc but it excludes liability for the loss or damage of those items.

We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act, omission, default or neglect of the Clients, their guests or sub-contractors to the hotel's property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to guest's credit / debit card, or send an invoice for the amount required to make good or remedy any such damage, to the registered address. We will however make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.

Data protection

The data collected about you will be used to firstly fulfill the service you requested, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Force Majeure
"force majeure". Circumstances amounting to "force majeure" include any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such circumstances include the destruction or damage of your accommodation (which cannot reasonably be remedied to a satisfactory standard before the start of your stay) through fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemic and all similar situations beyond our control.
